The group which built Maxim’s in 1970 and appointed Mr. Sam White, a chef who had worked for her majesty Queen Elizabeth, opened doors to a new era and an advance standard of catering in Pakistan. Being the first to introduce authentic steaks in Pakistan, Maxim’s has built an elite customer base which still cherishes the memories of their visits to Maxim’s in their youth..
From the inception we have believed that not only food and customer service is important but so is the ambience. Maxim’s Restaurant, providing a fine dining environment, has not only been serving scrumptious continental dishes, aromatic soups and the oh-so-famous juicy steaks but also provides a selective choice of exotic Seafood and Pakistani dishes and offering an exclusive menu in town for last 49 years, including 12 plus soups. With time we bring about improvements and lately moved to a new location, maintaining the concept of fine dining, to the favorable cutlery, to exceptional customer service, Maxims has come up with a new look, yet same old recipes with same delicious taste.
